Shipping Policy
At MATTIA COLLECTIVE, we prioritize a seamless and secure delivery experience for every customer.
Complimentary Overnight Shipping
Every order includes free door-to-door delivery via Aramex at no extra cost to you.
Fulfilment takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders submitted after our daily cutoff might be handled on the next available business day.
After your package leaves our facility, a unique tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Expected Timelines
South Africa:
We provide overnight shipping to most major metropolitan hubs. Please anticipate a slightly longer transit time for deliveries destined for remote or outlying regions.
Although we strive for next-day arrival, timing can be influenced by factors beyond our influence, such as courier bottlenecks, extreme weather, holidays, or inaccurate shipping data.
Please verify that your shipping address and mobile number are entered correctly during checkout.

Your satisfaction with your MATTIA COLLECTIVE selection is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
